New Features

• Add possibility for new columns for Power From Shore, i.e. Power supply onshore and Max usage from shore. The output columns are reported if the generator set category is POWER-FROM-SHORE, and the new parameters CABLE_LOSS and MAX_USAGE_FROM_SHORE are set.
